What is the return policy?
At ChambersFX, every piece we create is crafted with care and intention. Because many of our products are specialty items, custom-made, or hygienic in nature, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Are any purchases final sale?
For health, safety, and production reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order prosthetics
- Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
All custom commissions, bespoke prosthetics, creature builds, or specialty fabrication work are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, refunds or returns are not offered once production has begun.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and current production volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping across Canada and the United States.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I request a custom-painted piece?
Customization availability varies by piece. Refer to the product description to confirm whether custom paint options are offered.
