ChambersFX provides professional makeup effects products and services, including prosthetics, special effects makeup, creature and puppet work, collectibles, and commissioned fabrication.

Custom and commissioned work is governed by additional written agreements or approvals.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full prior to order fulfillment or commencement of production.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where fraud is suspected or where an order violates these Terms.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. ChambersFX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, labour disruptions, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmation that the order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including artwork, designs, sculptural works, text, images, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of ChambersFX unless otherwise stated.
